About yesterday's 15 pull-ups, I was very pleased, but I noticed there were some deficiencies in form that I hadn't noticed before, such as swinging up using the force from one arm (kind of like the "chicken wing" strats possible for cheesing muscle-ups) in order to help get momentum, which needs to be curtailed. My new goal is maintaining this number of pull-ups, but without ANY hacky, cheaty methods like this – just pure, unadulterated lifting my body using my arms and nothing but my arms.
