Added some updates from the past few times I went pulling-up and running. About yesterday's 15 pull-ups, I was very pleased, but I noticed there were some deficiencies in form that I hadn't noticed before, such as swinging up using the force from one arm (kind of like the "chicken wing" strats possible for cheesing muscle-ups) in order to help get momentum, which needs to be curtailed. My new goal is maintaining this number of pull-ups, but without ANY hacky, cheaty methods like this – just pure, unadulterated lifting my body using my arms and nothing but my arms. Once I can do 15 of these, including killing all momentum after the negative and maintaining a hold at the top of the position for a second or two (or three), and I stop hurling myself up with momentum hacks and chicken wings, and I make sure no kipping with the feet is used for the last few reps, I think I will be happy and move onto muscle-ups :)
The plan thereafter is to just go ahead and use my training band for doing some assisted muscle-ups, which should hopefully be doable given the strength I ought to have built from these pull-ups.

25 April 2025 ~27:00 Super hot, and super hungry! I'm putting ~27:00, since I don't want to speculate how long it took me to stop the stopwatch after I finished. It read 27:18.04, though. I'm gonna avoid runs on hot days from now on.
5 May 2025 24:16 I thought that this time was surely a mistake of some kind, considering I felt that I ran kind of slow during the later half, but after the next time, I think it might have been real too!
9 May 2025 22:33 DAMN! I went ALL OUT on this one, and I don't think I'm beating it again any time soon! I once again nearly collapsed by the end, and, like most of these runs, I felt my consciousness wear down as the laps piled up. However, I pushed very hard on the flat parts of the course (8 + 1/3 laps), which made massive gains over previous times. I am very happy with this time!
