I just capitalized the "k" in "5k", since it's more proper. Whilst I want the "notes" section to be my earnest, unfiltered opinions, with colloquialisms, etc., I feel compelled to write formalisms in my other writing...
Today I did the first 5K in a while—I had gotten used to being tired before, but, perhaps because of consuming caffeine this morning (causal link not verified), and because of losing a bit of fitness since before, I felt some considerable strain on this one, and my heart ached a little as I ran. It was good at the beginning, but I progressively became noticeably slower and my legs became more strained as well. Overall, considering all this, it was a good time, and very close to my PB, but given how the two main limiting factors were heat and the aforementioned heart discomfort, and I'm ostensibly not at the peak of fitness at the moment, it's evident I still have a long way to go. If I haven't mentioned before, I'm aiming at some point for sub-20, so clearly I've a lot of improvement to do yet!
Added some records of activities over the past few weeks. I haven't been doing many 5Ks, but I've continued to do pull-ups and gotten stronger a little bit. I've also apparently lost a bit of weight, since I'm now at most 72kg, whereas before I was as much as 77kg at one point, and now I can visually see my stomach is much smaller, even after eating.
I couldn't really be bothered to go all out, and it was insanely hot compared to usual, so I was not gonna go too hard on myself.

I got 12 pullups today on my first set; then 10 or 11 (I wasn't counting properly...); then about 8. Then I thought I'd done enough and called it there.

I ran maybe 4.5k today, but the last 500m were done walking, because my ankles both started to hurt quite badly towards the end, and I felt that if I kept going it might just cause harm for no real reason. There's no meaning in running an extra little bit on this particular day, so I might as well not cause senseless damage to myself in the spirit of vanity. I will try again next time.

I managed to just scrape under 25 minutes today :) I was on pace to get sub-24, but I had to slow down up a hill because I was getting very sweaty and exhausted. I thought I might lose my breath entirely for parts of it, but fortunately I made it and with an acceptable time. My goal will be to break 24 minutes sometime soon!

Did 12 of them on Tuesday (plus 2 more sets of slightly fewer, which made maybe 25-27 total). I think every one besides the last was nearly perfectly straight and fair, but the last needed a slight throw of the legs to make it over.

Previously, the table for pull-ups was unwittingly duplicated from the 5k table, whereas it was supposed to be its own separate table. The table maker I was using didn't update the new table when copying to clipboard, so I used the wrong one by accident.

Wrote down my times as well as I remember them for the recent few weeks. I will try to continue logging consistently so the progress can be observed over time.
